  Mr. Manning is unorgenized between tribal and state courts, he asks for one thing and when a client trys to get the information he wants he forgets he even asked for it. And I personally feel because his ex-wife is the new tribal judge No one will have proper defence, and personal feelings will be taken out on his clients.
  But if you need help with Driver licences or driving issues and the judge is not the his ex I'd give him 4 starts.
